Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Real Financial, we strive to be transparent about our billing practices for both agents and clients.
Agent Refund & Cancellation Policy: The one-time signup fee of $399 is non-refundable. The monthly membership fee of $99 is non-refundable once billed. Agents must cancel at least 72 hours prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. We do not issue pro-rated or partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle. Agents may cancel by contacting support@realfinancial.com.
Client Refunds: Real Financial assists clients in obtaining insurance coverage from licensed carriers. Clients may contact their Real Financial associate with questions about cancellations, policy changes, or refunds. We will help coordinate with the issuing carrier; however, all refunds, cancellations, and premium adjustments are ultimately processed and honored by the carrier in accordance with their policies and procedures.
Exceptions: We reserve the right to make exceptions in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges.
